We had a great experience with Steven Oliver and NEXA mortgage. Our taxes had gone through the roof making our new mortgage payment skyrocket. It started making us question if buying our dream home on the water was a mistake. I had also lost my job making matters much more dire for our little family. Steven's expertise and ability to leverage my wife's income in our favor made it possible. We are truely in a much better financial and mental place because of NEXA and Steven.

Working with Diana at NEXA Mortgage was so easy! Our home buying process was a bit of a rocky one, but the lending side was a breeze and Diana was on top of everything and I never had to ask her for anything, because she was already on it! Couldn’t recommend her enough!

Ami reached out with an easy to understand list of everything she needed and we were able to close earlier than anticipated. I really can't think of a better experience that we've had and this is our 5th home purchase. Would definitely recommend to anyone!

Working with Rodney Debro-broker for NEXA was very satisfying. Coming out of chapter 13. Things took a little longer than expected. However, everyone was so helpful in making a cashout refinance happen. I would recommend NEXA to anyone looking for a home or refinance mortgage!
